Encouraging local students to think critically - and creatively! - about Active Transportation and Air Quality.
Tulare County children in kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to create original pieces of art depicting their visions of creative ways we can do our part to improve our air quality and create healthier communities by taking transit, or safely walking, skating, biking, scootering, and similar means to get to and from school. Contest winners will receive a FREE BIKE, along with a certificate of accomplishment and other bike-related gifts, during the December TCAG board meeting. For contest rules and conditions, see below.
At least one high school winner and at least one K-8 winner will be selected. Runners up may be selected according to sponsorship funding availability.

Please note that if any of the information listed above is missing, or if the artwork is submitted without a completed and signed photo release, the student may not be elligible to win.
