Statement of ADA Compliance

Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG) recognizes the importance of ensuring that our website is accessible to those with differing abilities. Our website endeavors to conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and has been built with these standards in mind.

To that end, we have redesigned and reviewed our entire website to identify non-compliant elements and documents to bring them into compliance. We strive to ensure that our documents are clearly labeled, have consistent navigation paths, ample spacing, and headings to assist each user. We will continue this process regularly to ensure that the site remains up-to-date regarding these guidelines.

Portable Document Format. Most documents on the TCAG website are produced in portable document format (PDF). In order to improve viewing of these files, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader, which is available for free at the Adobe web site. Alternative accessible formats may also be provided upon request, most commonly through a text or an HTML file. For alternative accessible formats, please contact our office.

We are continually seeking solutions that will improve overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the TCAG website, please contact our office by phone at (559) 623-0450 Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm or via email at
