Audits are performed annually for Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG), Tulare County Transportation Authority (TCTA), each participating City and the County. The Cities/County receive an audit on Transportation Development Act (TDA) funding as well as Measure R (MR) funding.
The audits are conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Controller General of the United States.
