Several programs exist to serve Tulare County residents as they travel within the county and connect to other places in the state and nation. This page is still under construction, but brief information on programs can be found below. Please contact TCAG at (559) 623-0450 for further information.
A T-Pass allows its holder unlimited rides on any fixed route bus in Tulare County with no additional charge. It can be purchased at any transit center or at Government Plaza on Mooney Boulevard. The cost of the T-Pass is $55/month. It is not valid on special services such as Dial-A-Ride, V-Line, and the Sequoia Shuttle.
COS students can also ride any standard fixed route transit bus in Tulare County. Registered students only have to visit student services for the transit sticker each session. Students can ride any fixed route service with their ID with the sticker, anytime anywhere. It doesn't have to be a route on the way to class. Kings Area Rural Transit (KART) also participates in this program.
Sponsored by Measure R, active duty military, veterans, and military dependents can ride the bus at a discount. A valid military ID is required to board.
Calvans is a vanpool program that runs throughout many areas in the state. It serves farmworkers, state employees, and anyone interested in a vanpool! Many incentives and subsidies are available for vanpools for those who qualify. Visit Calvans for more information.
